BookingDuck is a booking platform operated by QuantaDuck. It helps businesses publish booking pages, manage services, and receive appointment requests from customers.

When you make a booking, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, booking date, chosen service, and any notes you choose to provide.

When you request an account, we collect the business email address and profile details you submit. When an admin signs in, authentication is handled by Clerk and we store enough information to decide which business pages the admin can manage.

We use personal information to create and manage bookings, send booking emails, support business admins, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Businesses using BookingDuck are responsible for the accuracy of their own public booking pages, services, prices, availability, customer handling, and any follow-up outside the platform.

We use trusted providers to run BookingDuck:

• Cloudflare for hosting, D1 database storage, R2 image storage, Turnstile security checks, and Web Analytics.
• Google Analytics for site usage analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Clerk for authentication and account sessions.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and service operation. These are needed for BookingDuck to work.

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics are only loaded after you accept analytics in the cookie notice. We use analytics to understand how people use the site and improve BookingDuck.

You can change your choice by clearing this site's local storage in your browser, then revisiting the site.

Booking and admin records are kept while they are needed to run the service, support businesses, resolve enquiries, maintain audit trails, or meet legal and operational requirements.
