BookingDuck is a booking platform operated by QuantaDuck. By using this website, booking an appointment, or managing a business page, you agree to these terms.

BookingDuck helps customers request appointments with businesses. The business providing the service is responsible for service delivery, availability, pricing, suitability, customer communication, and any cancellation or refund decisions.

Do not use BookingDuck for emergencies or urgent situations. Contact the relevant business or emergency service directly where appropriate.

Business admins are responsible for keeping booking page content, services, prices, payment instructions, opening hours, images, and contact details accurate and lawful.

You must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content, or use BookingDuck to send spam, harass others, or interfere with the service.

Admin sign-in is provided through Clerk. Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your admin account without permission.

We aim to keep BookingDuck available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or product improvement.

BookingDuck is provided as a booking and admin tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantaDuck is not responsible for losses arising from business service delivery, customer disputes, inaccurate business content, or use of the platform outside its intended purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
