Our boxing coaching sessions are designed to help you improve fitness, movement, confidence and technique in a friendly, supportive environment. Sessions can be tailored to your level, whether you are a complete beginner, getting back into training, or looking to improve your boxing fundamentals. We focus on good technique, footwork, pad work, fitness and safe progression. No previous boxing experience is needed. Just bring comfortable training clothes, water, and a willingness to learn.
